What is a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL)?
A Bushfire Attack Level is a rating given to your property based on its potential exposure to the damages of a bushfire.
This rating is used as a basis to determine any special requirements for constructing in a bushfire prone area.
These ratings range from LOW to FZ, with all ratings above LOW carrying special construction requirements.
